Firs and olives, larches and lemons, vast apple orchards and a huge garden of grapevines. This is Trentino, a varied and vibrant land of just over five hundred thousand hectares that descends gradually from high mountains almost down to sea level.
A rich and thriving morphology featuring the Mediterranean climate of Lake Garda and a typically Alpine environment obviously offers an incredible variety of produce and raw materials.

The succession of slopes and altitudes are the magical key to the intense and unparalleled flavours of not only wines and grappa, but also vegetables, apples and small fruits. The alpine countryside has jealously guarded the ancient custom of mountain grazing, so that we can still enjoy the incomparable taste of long or medium ripened cheeses that recall the green meadows and fresh air of the mountains and the manual skill of dairymen.


Then there are the typical sausage meats of the area still made with recipes of hundreds of years ago, or the trout that have that special taste only the crystal clear waters of the mountain torrents can give them. Nature and man's activities, tradition and innovation mingle in this land giving a variety of products of high quality.
